By booking transportation services with Alpha Auto Transport LLC, the customer agrees to the terms outlined below.
Alpha Auto Transport LLC and the assigned carrier are authorized to arrange and transport the customer’s vehicle from the agreed pickup location to the designated delivery location listed on the transportation order.
The assigned carrier is responsible for covered vehicle damage during transportation, subject to the carrier’s applicable cargo and liability insurance coverage.
Any damage must be documented on the vehicle condition report and acknowledged by the customer or authorized representative at the time of delivery.
Customers must submit written damage claims within 15 days of delivery. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.
Personal items placed inside the vehicle must be limited to the trunk or designated storage areas and must not exceed 100 pounds in total.
Customers should not place heavy, fragile, valuable, or prohibited items inside the vehicle.
Alpha Auto Transport LLC and the carrier are not responsible for damage to the vehicle caused by improperly packed, unsecured, or excessive personal belongings.
Vehicles should be provided to the carrier in good operating condition unless the vehicle has been specifically booked as non-operational.
The fuel level should not exceed one-half tank at pickup.
The carrier is not responsible for damage or delays caused by:
Leaking fluids
Mechanical failures
Frozen components
Exhaust system issues
Loose or unsecured antennas
Pre-existing vehicle damage
Items or accessories that were not properly secured
Any existing damage should be recorded on the vehicle condition report before transportation begins.
The customer is responsible for ensuring the vehicle is available during the agreed pickup window.
If the carrier arrives and the vehicle is not available or ready for pickup as previously arranged, a $75 rescheduling fee may apply.
If the customer is unable to attend the pickup or delivery, the customer must arrange an authorized representative to act on their behalf and notify Alpha Auto Transport LLC in advance.
If a vehicle becomes unavailable during a scheduled pickup window after the order has been placed, Alpha Auto Transport LLC reserves the right to cancel the transportation order without refund.
Alpha Auto Transport LLC will make reasonable efforts to arrange transportation according to the customer’s requested schedule.
Pickup and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless otherwise stated in writing.
Transportation schedules may be affected by weather, traffic, mechanical issues, carrier availability, road conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.
Alpha Auto Transport LLC is not responsible for rental vehicle expenses or other costs resulting from transportation delays.
Customers who cancel an order before the requested pickup date may be subject to an administration fee of $200, depending on the timing of the cancellation.
Once transportation arrangements have been initiated or a carrier has been dispatched, cancellation fees may apply and the customer may not be eligible for a refund.
Customers should contact Alpha Auto Transport LLC as soon as possible if they need to cancel or change their transportation order.
A $150 non-operational vehicle fee applies to vehicles that cannot be driven, started, steered, or safely loaded under their own power.
This fee will be included in the final transportation quote when the vehicle is identified as non-operational.
If a vehicle becomes non-operational after the transportation order has been placed, the applicable fee may be added to the original quoted amount.
The customer agrees to pay the transportation charges stated in the final confirmed quote.
Customers agree not to initiate an unauthorized credit card chargeback for services properly provided under the transportation agreement.
Any payment dispute should first be submitted directly to Alpha Auto Transport LLC so the matter can be reviewed and resolved.
The transportation order, applicable carrier terms, bill of lading, and related documents constitute the agreement between the customer, Alpha Auto Transport LLC, and the assigned carrier.
Any changes to the agreed transportation terms should be confirmed in writing.
Alpha Auto Transport LLC reserves the right to cancel or decline a transportation order when circumstances prevent the company from safely or reasonably fulfilling the requested service.
Customers agree not to simultaneously engage another auto transport broker or carrier for the same vehicle shipment during the agreed booking period.
If a customer arranges transportation through another broker or carrier while an active order with Alpha Auto Transport LLC remains in place, any applicable deposit or administrative fee may become non-refundable.
